Guide a Program
Educators, counselors, and mentors help lead sessions on the ranch — bringing structure and care to the week our participants spend with us.
Share a Trade
Ranchers, tradespeople, and outdoorsmen teach hands-on skills — from horsemanship to woodworking — that give participants something real to carry home.
Host a Workshop
One afternoon, one skill, one group. Short-term commitments are welcome — we'll build the schedule around what you have to offer.
